CORE SESSION
This session is about an hour long and consists of a variety of exercises to strengthen your core. A strong core will improve your fitness
level as well as your ability to execute ball-handling skills.

PLYOMETRIC / SPEED & AGILITY SESSION
This session is about an hour long and consists of a combination of exercises to improve your speed, agility, and explosiveness.
Mastering these exercises will not only improve your performance on the field, but will also aid in the prevention of injuries.

COMBO SESSION
This session is about an hour and a half to two hours long and consists of a combination of exercises to strengthen your core as well as
improve your speed, agility, and explosiveness.

FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS & BALL HANDLING SESSION
This session runs about and hour and a half to two hours long and consists of a combination of drills to improve your overall ability to
handle the soccer ball. These drills are the foundation upon which you will build the rest of the skills you acquire throughout your soccer
career. I recommend this session for younger players, players who need to control their touch on the ball, and those new to the soccer
community.

SCHOOL OF SOCCER SESSION
This session runs about an hour long to an hour and a half long and consists of the workout routine established by the school of soccer.
